Emophix contains extractions of Bacopa monerri and Clitoria ternata.  These plant extracts have been shown to grow new dendrites on the amygdala, the part of the brain that controls emotions.  Conceptually, if one were to regrow new dendrites on the amygdala one could create new emotional synaptic connections that could facilitate emotional well being by growing through past traumas to establish new emotional synaptic supported experiences.
